Amazing!!! Literally can’t put into words how relaxing it was. Lulu was sooooo sweet and helpful. I did the full body massage and crown spa treatment. 10/10 I can’t wait to come back!

I had my very first service with Lulu and she was amazing! Very informative, and made everything so relaxing and comfortable. The entire experience was surreal and I definitely felt lighter and better after. I will be coming again!

I scheduled a two hour full body massage with Kat at Bali Ayu Day Spa at the Rim because Kat was HIGHLY recommended. So happy I did. She was AMAZING. I have been having lower back pain and pain in my upper right arm, she did a full assessment first and we used 30 minutes to just stretch and it was a little uncomfortable but felt "so good". Then she did my whole body massage, I have to say, lower back pain is no longer there and my upper right arm feels sooo much better! THANK YOU, Kat for caring and being so focused on the areas but also the pressure points. What a great way to start a new week! YOU truly are a professional and so good! "Really", massage therapy is your gift. Looking forward to my next message, three hours next time! KUDOs to the owner for making the atmosphere so relaxing with the decor. Forever customer here!

I highly recommend Bali Ayu Day Spa to anyone looking for exceptional, all-around service. I booked a 60-minute massage with Lulu, and it was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Lulu’s attention to detail and her ability to target my pain points with precise techniques made the experience unforgettable. She consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The staff was amazing, and the spa rooms itself was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be returning

My wife and I have had several massages before, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. I finally understand what it truly feels like to leave feeling completely refreshed and recharged. My wife received the TMJ massage along with the Crown Spa Express, and I had the Serene Escape; both treatments were exceptional. I had the ultimate head spa with Kat. It was amazing! I had been wanting to try this for quite some time. She was so sweet and made me feel like a queen. The products they use smell so nice. My scalp feels great. My hair feels clean and light. My face feels moisturized and and smells beautiful. You should definitely treat yourself to this spa.

First time coming to this facility for a massage package. Lu Lu was my masseuse and I loved my treatment from her. Very professional, accommodating, patient, respectful, calm demeanor, and she was checking in on me during the service. The pressure and technique was applied perfectly. I have not had a massage like it before, she made a positive impact for my experience and I will surely come back. There are different packages to choose from. I chose the Serene Package; full body, scalp, mini facial, and foot plus complementary refreshment. $220 for an hour and 40 mins, and I truly believe it's worth the price. The reviews speak for themselves.

I had the pleasure of having Kat as the woman that massaged me. This was my first time having any kind of massage and she did amazing. She walked me through everything, was patient, gentle, and the sweetest person. She chit chatted with me and even recommended a sushi spot afterwards that was amazing by the way. I had a massage today with Suli and it was an amazing experience. The place is very beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I felt comfortable from the first minute. Suli did a wonderful job. She was very professional, gentle, and attentive to details. After the massage, I felt relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend her to everyone. I will definitely come back again!
